How to Join the Neurological Development Program

The Neurological Development Program is implemented by parents at home. We believe this is the most effective way for targeted exercises and nervous system stimulation to become part of the child’s daily routine and deliver lasting results.

To join the Neurological Development Program, families go through the following steps:

1. Initial meeting with a Bulgarian specialist – During the meeting, we discuss the child’s needs, answer questions, and register the family’s interest in joining the program.
2. Scheduling an assessment date – Together, we choose a suitable date for the assessment with our American specialists.
3. Completing a detailed questionnaire – Parents fill out a form with questions related to the child’s development, history, and current condition.
4. Payment of the assessment fee
5. Conducting the assessment – The assessment is carried out at the “New Steps” therapy center, with the presence and assistance of Bulgarian specialists.
6. Creating an individualized neurological development program – Based on the assessment, a program is created with a set of exercises and stimulation tailored to the specific needs and capabilities of the child.
7. Parent training – Parents undergo training at the “New Steps” therapy center, where a Bulgarian specialist introduces them in detail to the exercises and how to implement the program at home.
8. Follow-up and support – During program implementation, families receive support through interim consultations, guidance, and answers to questions that arise.
9. Re-assessment – At the parents’ request, a re-assessment can be done after 4 or 6 months to track progress and update the program.
