These GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS regulate the relations between the NEW STEPS FOUNDATION, on the one hand, and the USERS/CLIENTS using the website: newstepsbg.org, on the other hand. For brevity, the website will hereinafter be referred to as the “SERVICE”.

3. Characteristics of the Service
The main characteristics of the Service are the following:
Providing textual information about the services and activities of the “New Steps” Foundation;
providing documents related directly or indirectly to the activities of the New Steps Foundation;
providing the opportunity for feedback through contact forms with the New Steps Foundation.
The Provider provides, and the Users use the Service, according to the parameters announced on the Provider’s website.
4.Provision of the service. Technical steps for concluding the Agreement
These General Terms and Conditions apply to both services that require registration and those that do not require registration.
In order to use the Service, the User may be required to register or enter into a remote access password in some cases.
Users primarily use the interface of the Provider’s website to make electronic statements in their relations with each other.
The Agreement is concluded in Bulgarian.
The Agreement between the Provider and the User constitutes these General Terms and Conditions, together with all amendments and supplements to them.
A party to the agreement with the Provider is the User of the Service.
This Agreement is considered concluded from the moment of entering the website.
The Provider does not notify the User about the conclusion of this Agreement and the conclusion of the Agreement for the use of the Service.
The Agreement for its use is considered concluded from the moment of its first use by the User. In this case, these General Terms and Conditions are effective from the moment of the first use of the service by the User until the moment of termination of its use.
The statement on the conclusion of the Agreement and the confirmation of its receipt are considered received when their addressees have the opportunity to access them.
The User has the right to use the Service in good faith and for its intended purpose.
When using the Service, the User must not use software, scripts, programming languages or other technologies that could create difficulties in its use by other users.
The User undertakes not to use the Service in contradiction with applicable legislation.
The User independently provides the equipment for access to the Service and its management.
In order to improve the quality of the Service, perform preventive maintenance, repair of damages and other related activities, the Provider has the right to temporarily limit or suspend the provision of the service.
In cases of preventive maintenance and repair of damages, the Provider is obliged to promptly restore the provision of the service after the circumstance that caused the suspension has ceased to exist.
The Provider takes measures to protect the User’s personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
For reasons of security of the Users’ personal data, the Provider will send the data only to an e-mail address.
The Provider accepts and announces on its website a Personal Data Protection Policy. The User agrees with the Provider’s Personal Data Protection Policy.
The User agrees that the Provider has the right to process his personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, including all personal data provided through the use of the contact forms on the site.
5. Amendment and access to the General Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions may be amended by the Provider, of which the latter will notify all registered Users of the service in an appropriate manner.
The User agrees that all statements by the Provider in connection with the amendment of these general terms and conditions will be published on the website.
Users accept the new general terms and conditions from the moment of use after their amendment, without explicit notification of the change.
Termination of the Contract
The Contract for the provision of the Service shall be terminated:
upon termination and liquidation, or bankruptcy of one of the parties to the Contract;
in the event of objective impossibility of any of the parties to the Contract to fulfill its obligations;
upon seizure or sealing of the equipment by state authorities;
The Provider has the right at its discretion, without prior notice, to unilaterally terminate the Contract, in the event that it establishes that the services provided are used in violation of these General Terms and Conditions, the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and generally accepted moral standards.
Additional conditions
The possible invalidity of any of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall not result in the invalidity of the entire contract.
For issues not settled in this contract, related to the implementation and interpretation of this contract, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
All disputes between the parties to this contract shall be resolved by the competent court or the Consumer Protection Commission.
These General Terms and Conditions come into force for all Users on 01.05.2018.
